The Installation

Lost but Found, is a project happening during ‘Hide & Seek at The Flower Market’ week. Its objectives are to draw people inside the market area by using a suspended installation which could not be entirely seen in one go. Hundred of flower garlands, made by various types and colours of materials, are enveloped by newspaper-cladded polycarbonate strips; resembling the common scene here at Pak Khlong Talat that flowers being sell by using newspaper as a packaging.

As observers come closer and get inside, they can see the whole floral piece in a different perspective. This confinement is also a reference to regulated and disappeared sidewalk stall which has to move into designated area. By interacting with the installation, a new picture of the market could be possibly diminished the earlier scene of Pak Khlong Talat.
