A Suspended Moment, for PAĂ‘PURI Sensorial Boutique IFC Mall
Where vertical forms emerge in stillness, and time remains open.
A moment held in suspension—neither moving forward nor coming to an end.
Not the past, for it has not yet passed.
Not the future, for it has not yet arrived.
But a moment in between, quietly held within transition.
From the narrative of Humid Mass, transition is expressed as a state where urban structure and nature begin to merge through a shared condition of continuous, open-ended growth.
Like a city that steadily expands and nature that grows alongside it, both evolve in parallel over time, driven by different forces yet existing within the same moment of becoming.
We draw from the symbolic presence of scaffolding—a temporary structure that wraps buildings during transformation. The project captures this in-between moment: not the beginning, nor the completed result, but the state where everything is still in progress.
This idea is reflected through Sansevieria, a plant defined by its upright, architectural form. New shoots emerge from within, unpredictable yet continuous, mirroring a process of growth that never fully resolves.
